AR666 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and AR666 (hereinafter "AR666", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the online gaming and sports betting services provided at ar666.cam, including all associated features, content, promotions, and customer support services.

AR666 is an English-language online gaming platform designed and operated for the Malaysian market. All services are provided in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are exclusively accessible to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of this Agreement.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between AR666 and its registered users.

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement unless the context otherwise requires:

Access to the AR666 Platform and the right to register a Member Account are subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained for the duration of membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. AR666 strictly enforces a 21+ minimum age policy for all gaming and betting activities. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account found to belong to a person under 21.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• No Prior Exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order or be registered on any third-party responsible gambling exclusion programme.
• Personal Use: You must be registering and using the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Registering on behalf of a third party or for commercial purposes is prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All registration information you provide must be true, accurate, and current. Any material misrepresentation in your account details is grounds for immediate account suspension.

To access the Platform's services, you must complete the registration process by providing a valid username, password, email address, and any other information requested during the sign-up flow. AR666 may, at its discretion, require additional verification documentation before approving an account.

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. AR666 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your username and password secure. You must notify AR666 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4.2 Account Verification. AR666 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (MyKad, passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership for any payment method used. Until KYC is completed, withdrawal of Player Funds may be restricted.

4.3 Dormant Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant. AR666 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of RM10 to dormant accounts, deducted from any remaining balance, after providing thirty (30) days' notice to the registered email address.

4.4 Account Closure by Member. You may request permanent closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any pending bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited. Verified Player Funds will be returned to your nominated payment method following completion of KYC procedures.

All financial transactions on the AR666 Platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). AR666 does not apply currency conversion fees, and no foreign exchange charges will be imposed by the Platform.

5.1 Deposit Methods. AR666 accepts deposits via the following channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, and other participating banks), and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/BTC and USDT). Minimum deposit amounts apply per method and are displayed at the point of deposit.

5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are typically credited to your account balance in real time. In exceptional cases, processing may take up to fifteen (15) minutes. If a deposit is not reflected within this period, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method. Funds derived from active bonuses that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fulfilled.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. AR666 targets the following processing timelines, subject to KYC clearance:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Typically under 5 minutes
• DuitNow / FPX bank transfer: Typically 5 to 15 minutes
• Direct bank wire: Typically 15 to 60 minutes
• Cryptocurrency (BTC / USDT): Subject to blockchain confirmation times, typically 30 to 90 minutes

5.5 Withdrawal Method Matching. AR666 applies a withdrawal method matching policy: withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. This policy is maintained for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

AR666 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section, as well as any additional promotional-specific conditions published alongside each individual offer.

6.1 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is disclosed for each promotion at the time the bonus is offered. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds.

6.2 Bonus Validity. All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issuance. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed before expiry will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are communicated clearly with each bonus offer.

6.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each Member is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts or referral manipulation will constitute a breach of these Terms.

6.4 AR666 Right to Modify or Withdraw Offers. AR666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already claimed and in progress at the time of modification will not be retroactively affected, except where fraud or system abuse is identified.

6.5 Loyalty Programme. AR666's tiered loyalty programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold) awards cashback and benefits based on qualifying monthly wagering volumes. Tier status is reviewed at the beginning of each calendar month. AR666 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds and benefit structures at any time, with Members notified via the registered email address with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice.

7.1 Game Outcomes. All casino-style games offered on AR666 use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are determined by the certified RNG and are not influenced by the Platform, its operators, or any third party. Published RTP rates reflect theoretical long-term averages and are not indicative of results in any single session.

7.2 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other covered competitions, are subject to the specific rules governing each sport and market type. AR666 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is cancelled, abandoned, or in which the outcome is determined to have been manipulated.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session or sports bet, AR666 will investigate the incident. Where a malfunction results in an incorrect game outcome or wager settlement, AR666 reserves the right to void the affected rounds or bets. The principle "malfunction voids all pays" applies to technical errors. AR666 will not be liable for losses arising from network interruptions on the Member's end.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game interface and market listing. AR666 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the AR666 Platform. Engagement in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the Platform.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or through the use of fictitious identities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or tournament format.
• Automated Software (Bots): Using any automated software, script, robot, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or participate in games in a manner not sanctioned by AR666.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional systems through systematic low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or through coordinated group bonus claiming.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal money laundering or any other financial crime. AR666 complies with applicable anti-money laundering legislation and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or access the Platform if you are under the age of 21, or knowingly allowing a person under 21 to access the Platform using your account.
• Interference with Platform Integrity: Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform, reverse-engineer any software, or disrupt services through any technical means.

AR666 is committed to promoting safe, responsible gaming practices. We recognise that while the majority of our Members engage with the Platform as a form of entertainment, gambling can become harmful for some individuals. The following measures are in place to support responsible gambling:

9.1 Age Restriction. AR666 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all account holders. This is non-negotiable and applies to all gaming and betting activities on the Platform without exception.

9.2 Deposit Limits. Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time through the account settings panel. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied.

9.3 Self-Exclusion. Members may request a temporary self-exclusion period (ranging from 30 days to 12 months) or a permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting our support team. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and the Member will not receive any promotional communications. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irreversible.

9.4 Reality Checks. Session time reminders are available within the Platform interface. Members are encouraged to make use of these features to monitor gaming duration.

All content on the AR666 Platform, including but not limited to the AR666 brand name, logo, graphical assets, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content, is the exclusive intellectual property of AR666 or its licensed third-party providers. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, reverse engineering, or commercial use of any Platform content without the express prior written consent of AR666.

Game titles, software engines, and associated assets are the intellectual property of their respective game providers licensed to AR666. Any dispute relating to third-party game content is subject to the terms of the relevant game provider.

11.1 AR666 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Whilst we take all reasonable steps to maintain service availability and platform integrity, we do not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption, error, or data loss at all times.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AR666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

11.3 AR666's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Player Funds held in that Member's account at the time the liability arose.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by AR666.

AR666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if AR666 reasonably believes that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Member has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal conduct;
• The Member's account poses a risk to Platform integrity or to other users;
• Continued operation of the account would expose AR666 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk;
• The Member has provided false or misleading registration information.

In the event of account termination for cause, AR666 may withhold any bonus funds and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is established, may also withhold Player Funds pending investigation. AR666 will notify the Member of the reason for termination unless doing so would be prohibited by law or would compromise an ongoing investigation.

Where an account is closed without cause by AR666, any verified Player Funds held at the time of closure will be returned to the Member's nominated payment method in full.

AR666 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Members by email to their registered address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page with a "Last Updated" date displayed at the top. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to AR666's licensing jurisdiction.

14.1 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a Member and AR666, the Member should first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to seek resolution. AR666 is committed to resolving all genuine disputes fairly and promptly. The support team will acknowledge receipt of a complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within seven (7) business days.

14.2 Escalation. If a Member is not satisfied with the outcome of the internal dispute resolution process, the matter may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority or an independent adjudicator in accordance with the procedures established under AR666's operating licence.
